Have you ever heard of Dubrovska Studio or seen their recent project Sense? I recently bumped into this amazing interior design studio and their newest soft minimalism project by browsing through Coco Lapine. All I want to say is – wow! The natural feeling combined with the cleanliness and the brass features gives this Copenhagen space a soft minimalism feel.
So who is Dubrovska studio? It is an architecture & Design Studio located in Kiev, Ukraine run by Natalie Dubrovska. While doing some research about the studio and in particular the Sense project I can see that the Studio mentions phrases like “energy”, “space” and “a minimal amount of substance and objects”. I can nothing but agree that those are some of the words that pops into my head when I am in awe admiring the simplicity but attention of detail of this space and their design talent.
The brass window shutters combined with the rustic looking floor and curtains is what I particularly like out of this bedroom.
The Japanese inspired lamps and simple bed frame gives this room a harmonic feel.
The attention of brass details can be visible throughout the apartment.
The brave yet perfect combination of brass, concrete and terrazzo works so well in this bathroom.
Incorporating velvet into the design gives this space even more so that soft minimalism feel.
Oh those brass shutters…
Even though a diversity of textures and materials this space still oozes calmness and unity.
