Fredagsmys: Dinner Party The Swedish Way

Happy…happy Friday design friends. We are celebrating this Friday with some lovely interior photographs shown from a real estate company. This space and the way the images are styled is all about – eating, entertaining and throwing a nice dinner party.

Setting up a dinner party is a perfect way to celebrate Friday together with friends and family. All that is needed is a simple dish like perhaps a pasta dish with some fresh basil, Parmesan and home made tomato sauce together with a nice bottle of wine – hmm or two.

Fredagsmys is a Swedish word for the concept of comfort and relaxation. It has a different meaning to each Swede. It might involve the luxury of a glass of wine, candy, great food, company of your loved once, indulging in a book….. Well the imagination for what Fredagsmys means is endless and is all about ‘a feeling’.
